Cancellation Policy

By purchasing or using The rehab package, you agree to these terms. 2. Eligibility Clients must be 18+ (or have guardian consent) and disclose any medical conditions. Plexus Rehab may request medical clearance and can suspend services for undisclosed health risks. 3. Package Details Packages include a set number of physiotherapy sessions, delivered at your home or any other location previously agreed . 4. Validity Bronze: 6 weeks Silver: 8 weeks Gold: 6 weeks Unused sessions expire after the validity period and are non-refundable. Extensions are at management’s discretion. 5. Bookings & Cancellations Book in advance; 24-hour notice required for changes. Max 2 reschedules per package with notice. Late or excess cancellations = session forfeited. 6. Refunds & Transfers No refunds after sessions begin. Pre-session refunds are discretionary (admin fee applies). Packages are non-transferable. 7. Health & Safety Clients must follow safety guidance and disclose health info. Plexus Rehab may refuse to deliver session if it is deemed as unsafe. 8. Liability The provider isn’t liable for injuries unless due to proven negligence. 9. Privacy Client data is protected under UK privacy laws and shared only with consent. 10. Amendments Terms may change. Updates will be shared in writing or on the website. 11. Governing Law These terms are governed by UK law.
