About Us
My name is Mauricio, Lead Practitioner at Plexus Rehab. With over a decade in the health and fitness industry, I am committed to enhancing people's quality of life through expert-led-client-focused rehabilitation services.
I began my career as a Gym Instructor in 2014 and qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2015, gaining extensive experience and qualifications while working at one of London’s leading fitness clubs. In 2016, I took the leap into entrepreneurship, laying the foundation for what is now Plexus Rehab.
Driven by a desire to support clients beyond fitness, I qualified in Exercise Referral and became a Sports Massage Therapist in 2018. I went on to earn a First Class Honours degree in Sports Therapy in 2023, and am currently finishing my MSc in Physiotherapy.
My training spans diverse clinical settings, from orthopaedics, amputees and neurology to community and intensive care, equipping me with a broad and adaptable skill set.
My rehabilitation plans are rooted in clinical excellence and tailored to each individual, always keeping one key element at their core: the client’s enjoyment.

Struggling with a back pain, untreated injuries and lacking the drive to stick to a rehab plan? We’ve got you covered.
We will come to you for a comprehensive 90-minute assessment to uncover the root cause of your issue. From there, we build a structured rehabilitation plan, broken into clear stages to keep you progressing steadily and effectively.
Unlike our ongoing Personal Training service, our Supervised Rehab Programme is designed to get you back on track in maximum 12 weeks (except in complex cases). The goal? Help you become independent, confident, and pain-free as quickly and safely as possible.

It all begins with an initial consultation and goal-setting session, followed by a personalised training programme designed just for you.
You’ll receive ongoing guidance and real-time feedback to improve your technique, stay motivated, and progress with confidence.

MANUAL THERAPIES
